YOUR DATA
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit THREEVER, use the browser application, or contact us.
- Privacy contact
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Raykast IT & Consulting, Matthias Guntrum. The full postal address and contact email are shown above.
2. Privacy-first overview
The public website is generated as static HTML. We use no analytics or marketing cookies, no advertising network, no behavioural profiling, and no automated decision-making. Personal data is processed only where technically necessary to provide and secure the website, when you actively contact us, or when the browser stores a project locally at your request.
3. Hosting
This website is intended to be hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. The provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. When you access the site, Microsoft processes technically necessary access data as our processor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient delivery under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Microsoft relies on appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information is available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
4. Server logs
The hosting provider may automatically process your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, response status, amount of data transferred, browser and operating-system information, and referrer URL. This information is used only for technical delivery, security, and stability. It is not combined with other sources for marketing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and log data is retained only as long as required for those purposes or by law.
5. Secure transmission
Production traffic is protected with TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the https:// address in your browser.
6. Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, and message to answer your enquiry. If you sign up for THREEVER updates, we also use your email address to send the feature and product updates you requested. The form submits to a serverless Azure Function on the same infrastructure and delivers the message through Microsoft 365. A hidden honeypot field helps reject automated spam without tracking you. Update emails are based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing threever@raykast.com. Enquiries relating to a possible contract are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and other enquiries under our legitimate interest in answering them under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use signup details for unrelated marketing and retain them only while your consent remains valid or as otherwise required by law.
7. Local fonts and icons
Droid Sans and the Lucide icon files are hosted locally with this website. Loading a page does not contact Google Fonts, Lucide, or another font or icon service.
8. THREEVER project data
Models, texture images, materials, and editing operations are processed in your browser. Session recovery data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. This local project data is not transmitted to Raykast by the application. You can remove it by clearing site data for THREEVER in your browser. Files are transferred elsewhere only when you deliberately save, export, or share them using your browser or operating system.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The marketing website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. THREEVER uses browser-local storage only for functionality you request, such as session recovery. This information stays on your device and is not used to profile you.
10. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is disclosed only where required to provide the website or contact service, where required by law, or where you have consented. Microsoft acts as a processor for hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. An informal email to threever@raykast.com is sufficient.
12. Right to object
Where processing is based on legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
13. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate (LfDI RLP), Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany. See datenschutz.rlp.de.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy reflects the current website and application architecture. We will update it when functionality, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
